Simeon’s Pivot Resources – Our Client, a Training and Consulting Company situated in Anthony, Lagos State requires the services of a competent, self-motivated and passionate individuals who is well experienced in handling administrativetasks, marketing training programs, manage overall day-to-day training operation and can work effectively in a consulting company.


TRAINING COORDINATOR/OPERATIONS MANAGER


JOB DESCRIPTION

It includes but is not limited to the following:


Manage overall day-to-day training operation

Manage client’s request

Ensuring all training logistics and operations are in place such as certificates etc

Marketing of training programs

Ensuring that effective methods are put into place

To ensure client satisfaction and consistent growth in revenue.

Achieving annually agreed objectives including target revenue and other targets

Setting, following up and managing training schedule

Ensure Program training materials are delivered as part of the training packages

Effectively managing training resources i.e. personnel premises, tutors, supplies, etc.

Handling clients’ complaints and taking effective measures for resolution.

Managing performance achievement of employees under supervision

Handling clients’ complaints and taking effective measures for resolution.

Implement measure to provide motivation for employees

Prepare, revise and submit reports, budgets and other documentation

Dialogue with clientele about training

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS

HND/BS.c in Management or a related field

Experience: At least 3-5years experience in marketing, training or consulting company

Experience in operation management in a training or consulting company is an added advantage

Master’s degree from a related discipline is an added advantage

Professional Certification in a related course

Gender: Male


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCY:

Strong organizational skills

Be able to use computer applications effectively

Have prior experience in operational management

Efficiently communicate both verbally and in written form

Have leadership and supervisory skills

Have interpersonal skills

IT skills

Be able to work with teams

Ability to plan, organize and multitask

Excellent project, planning, change and time management capabilities

Be cordial and professional

Demonstrated team participation and managerial skills

Be innovative

Have good sense of judgement and decision making skills

Salary

N80,000 Monthly.


MARKETER – TRAINING


Anthony, Lagos

Job Type: Full Time


JOB DESCRIPTION

It includes but is not limited to fill the following:


Generating new clients for the company.

Marketing and selling of training programs to clients.

Ensure proper management of account.

Must be able to manage clients for more business.

Create a good personal encounter whether through telephone or in person.

Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.

Provide prompt and courteous service to customers.

Ensuring that effective methods are put into place

To ensure client satisfaction and consistent growth in revenue.

Achieving annually agreed objectives including target revenue and other targets


QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of ND/NCE in marketing or a related discipline

Experience: At least 1-3years experience in marketing or in a training/consulting company

Experience in marketing or in a training/consulting company is an added advantage

Professional Certification in a related course

Salary

N50,000 Monthly (plus commission)
