GENERAL MANAGER/CEO
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate shall be responsible for the management of the company’s operations and optimization of its resources for stakeholders’ benefits.
The General Manager/CEO will report to the Board of Directors of the
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Strategic leadership in tandem with board approved corporate plans
Generate business development initiatives to drive growth and market share aspirations
Establish and manage efficient and effective service delivery intemal structures
Provide direct leadership in plan implementation for income generation
Produce excellent returns on investment
Any other responsibilities assigned by the Board of Directors
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
A Master’s Degree in relevant field and/or relevant qualification such as ACIB, ACA ACCA CFA or equivalent
Minimum of 12 years cognate experience in a financial institution
Strong interpersonal skills combined with outstanding reletionship and business development capabilities
High level of professionalism, exemplary team work and excellent leadership skills

HEAD, CREDIT AND PROJECTS
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate shall be responsible specifically for the following:
Develop and Implement departmental business plan consistent with company strategic priorities
Consistently identify and create risk assets and projects with good returns
Manage partnerships, joint ventures and other third-party projects
Generation of liabilities to finance clients businesses and projects
Any other responsibilities assigned by the GM/CEO

Develop and implement operational and transactional workflow processes for excellent client service delivery
Establish and oversee internal processes to completely capture and report transactional information for accounting, client management and archiving purposes
Lead implementation and management of automated transaction processing platform to guarantee seamless operational efficiency
Ensure total compliance with approved company internal processes
Any other responsibilities assigned by departmental heads
