We are recruiting for a CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER to work in Lagos.
The successful candidate will promote our brand, identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts; and most critically.
CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER
MAIN DUTIES:
• Develop knowledge and understanding of our product and services structure, customer servicedelivery and operational practises
• Initiate a sales lead system and ensure minimum sales visits each week
• Actively use databases, company contact and own contact & research to identify new markets
• Planning and preparing presentations
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
• Writing reports
• Providing management with feedback
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Be the principal point of contact and build ongoing business relationships with each client and manage any issues that arise
• Give support to company initiatives where appropriate i.e meetings, conferences, trainings and corporate activities
• Maintain and update designated sales management system with all contact details, activities and meeting notes. Take responsibility for ensuring the quality and accuracy of own database which will be used for direct marketing initiatives
