Job Summary
Ensure proper financial management and upkeep of all financial records
Ensure proper administrative management and upkeep of all company marketing and operational records
Ensure proper keeping financial position of the company monthly
Key Job Responsibilities
Assist the accountant in financial planning and management
Carrying out payments in respect of all financial transactions
Ensure proper keeping financial position of the company monthly
Book hotels, flights, and other travel details for company employees
Petty cash disbursement
Create budget and reconciliation of accounts
Updates all marketing information on the electronic platform
Dispatch of all mails: electronic and hard copy
Maintenance of office stationery and supplies
Maintenance of office equipment and facilities
Responsible for the production of all administrative documents
Responsible for all filing – electronic and hardcopy
Excellent front desk and communication skills
Qualifications
Minimum BSc in any related field, Administration and Finance
Knowledge of preparing booking keeping Accounts
Must be excellent with MS Excel, MS Word
Must be reliable, extremely organised, and possess good time keeping skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills
