Finance and Admin Manager
Job Summary
· Ensure proper financial management and upkeep of all financial records
· Ensure proper administrative management and upkeep of all company marketing and operational records
· Ensure proper keeping financial position of the company monthly
Key Job Responsibilities
· Assist the accountant in financial planning and management
· Carrying out payments in respect of all financial transactions
· Ensure proper keeping financial position of the company monthly
· Book hotels, flights, and other travel details for company employees
· Petty cash disbursement
· Create budget and reconciliation of accounts
· Updates all marketing information on the electronic platform
· Dispatch of all mails: electronic and hard copy
· Maintenance of office stationery and supplies
· Maintenance of office equipment and facilities
· Responsible for the production of all administrative documents
· Responsible for all filing – electronic and hardcopy
· Excellent front desk and communication skills
Qualifications
· Minimum BSc in any related field, Administration and Finance
· Knowledge of preparing booking keeping Accounts
· Must be excellent with MS Excel, MS Word
· Must be reliable, extremely organised, and possess good time keeping skills
· Excellent oral and written communications skills
